To reinforce the focus that BWRS has on its people and in recognition of the importance of them to our business, we have moved to ensure that every employee is paid at least the equivalent of the Living Wage, with effect from the 1st July 2020.
BWRS CEO John Chandler says, “We believe everybody should be paid a fair wage that can support them and their families to meet the cost of living. In doing so, we proactively support gender pay equity and help our people and their families lead better lives.”
“During the 2021 financial year, we will work with our suppliers to align our goals around the Living Wage” says Chandler.
