Covid-19: An update from your insurance brokers

Now that we are in our second week of a nationwide lockdown, I thought it would be a better time to update you on what is happening with your insurance broker at BrokerWeb Risk Services (BWRS) and offer some options or ideas for managing your business.

We moved quickly to a work-from-home setup and your local team are available as normal to manage any queries or claims you may have.

If your insurance is coming up for its annual review, we will be in contact to ensure that the design of your insurance is still suitable for your business now, and for the future. We will take the time to understand any changes that are occurring to your business, and make recommendations to you about how your insurances should be designed.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay your premiums, please discuss this with your broker and we can advise you about different payment options.

We have put a large amount of supporting information about managing your business through the Covid-19 period, including some helpful ideas from our accounting partners, Frank Accounting on managing cashflow in your business, plus some ideas on business continuity planning. You can read these topics and more on our website here.

As always, please contact your broker if you have any questions or would like some advice on your insurances. To make this easy, we have placed the contact details for your broker on our website here.

At BWRS, our focus has always been to work with you in partnership to find the solution that is right for you. Those skills have never been more important than right now.

Please keep yourself and your family safe during this time, and we look forward to being of service when you need us.
